It's a pretty sweet book that goes into stuff like, Darwin being no more than a med school drop-out before his famous H.M.S Beagle voyage.

Thanks. But this is simply not true. Darwin completed a BA at Cambridge University. Moreover, he was already at 22 a suffiently gifted amateur naturalist, to be recommended by Cambridge's Botany Professor Henslow for the Beagle voyage.

>Plus it tells how he based his entire theory on the fact that a couple of wayward finches adapted to their new home on the Galapagos Islands.

That is not true either. It is Darwinist propaganda that Darwin based his theory on the Galapagos finches. The fact is that while Darwin retrospectively claimed the finches were a basis of his theory, in fact he never mentioned them in his Origin of Species.

That sort of inaccurate criticism of Darwin is worse than useless, because Darwinists who know it is not true, assume then that creationists have no better criticisms. That is, it just plays into the Darwinists' hands.

Joe Fool said...
>P.S. I didn't read the entire post but I was wondering, Do you work for AiG?

No. Apart from the fact that I don't work for anyone (I am retired), as my blog title block says: "I am an Australian Christian old-Earth creationist/IDist biologist who accepts common ancestry."

Stephen E.
